Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)

What is the UDO?

The Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is the document that contains the planning, zoning, and land use rules adopted by the County and administered by the Planning & Community Development Department.

Whenever a new Zoning Text Amendment is passed by the Board of County Commissioners, the UDO is updated to reflect the new ordinance language.
