Overview
The Zoning Board of Adjustment is an appointed, quasi-judicial body that hears and decides appeals, variances, and requests for interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance as authorized by North Carolina GS 160D-302. The Board consists of five members and two alternates who are appointed by the Pender County Board of Commissioners.
