Pender Central Park Design, Engineering and Construction Administration, RFQ # 23-252 (June 23, 2023)
Pender County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from NC Licensed engineering firms to provide the design, engineering and permitting for a design-bid-build construction project of a park expansion in Burgaw, NC. Funding for this project is through PARTF Grant and County Funds and the project budget is $2,825,000 to be completed by September 2025. Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted in person or by FedEx/UPS/courier to 805 S. Walker St., Burgaw, NC 28425. SOQs sent by US Mail should be submitted to PO Box 1578, Burgaw, NC 28425. Responses are due no later than August 1, 2023 at 2pm and must be labeled “RFQ # 23-252”. There will not be a formal opening. Interviews with short list firms may be conducted on August 2-11, 2023. MWBE or HUB certified firms are encouraged to participate. Pender County reserves the right to waive formalities and interview responding firms, and to reject any or all responses.
