Bail & Bond

There are currently 3 ways to bond an inmate:

  • Hire a Bail Bondsman. (Additional Charges May Apply)
  • Post a Property Bond. (If greater than $5,000, you are required to hire an attorney to prepare a Deed of Trust.)
  • Post the bond in cash.
