Pender County Parks and Recreation proudly operates a variety of facilities to serve our community:

• Abbey Nature Preserve
• Hampstead Annex
• Holly Shelter Shooting Range
• Pender County Courthouse Square

Athletic Fields

We also maintain over 20 athletic fields located at:

• Hampstead Kiwanis Park
• Pender Memorial Park in Burgaw

Additional Parks

Other notable parks include:

• Millers Pond in Rocky Point
• Penderlea Community Park in Willard: This park features an auditorium with over 700 seats and a gymnasium.
