Adopting an Animal

Adoption requirements

You must have a photo ID, be over the age of 18, have no animal cruelty convictions and provide payment in full at the time of adoption in the form of cash, check, Visa, Discover, or Master Card.

Dog/Puppy Adoption

The adoption fee is $80 and their adoptions include age-appropriate vaccines: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Kennel Cough Vaccines, Drontal Plus deworming, Coccidia treatment, 30-day flea/tick treatment, DVM exam by our shelter vet, microchip, and they are already spayed/neutered. If for a health reason, it is deemed unsafe to spay/neuter an animal prior to adoption, a $30 voucher will be given with the adoption to use at the vet of your choice for that animal within 6 months.

Cat/Kitten Adoption

The adoption fee is $60 and their adoptions include age-appropriate vaccines: Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, Drontal Plus deworming, Coccidia treatment, 30-day flea/ear mite treatment, DVM exam by our shelter vet, microchip, and they are already spayed/neutered.

Horses/Livestock

We occasionally have horses/livestock and their adoption fee varies based on species and individual behavior.
