The Pender County Register of Deeds processes documents between 8 am to 4:30 pm on the days the office is open. We do not process documents on weekends or County holidays. You may submit documents at any time. To ensure your eRecordings are processed, be sure to submit them before our 4:30 pm cut-off time. Please do not hold documents till the end of the day to be recorded.
