The Pender County Planning & Community Development Department has reopened the community survey for the county’s Comprehensive Plan, Imagine Pender 2050.

Residents who missed the opportunity to share their thoughts earlier now have another chance to participate. The survey is open until 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2025.

Imagine Pender 2050 will serve as a long-term guide for growth, development, and investment across the county. We’re working on plans that shape the future of our community. Your feedback helps ensure the plan reflects what matters most to you.

“We want to hear from everyone — residents, business owners, and community stakeholders,” said the Pender County Planning & Community Development team. “Your insights will help build a plan that aligns with the future you want for Pender County.”
