Champ VA Insurance
This health insurance is available for spouses or children of veterans who are considered 100% permanently and totally (P&T) disabled due to service-connected disabilities, whose death was due to permanent and total service connected disability or who died on active duty not due to misconduct.

Chapter 35 Benefits
Dependents’ Education Assistance is a monthly education benefit for spouses, surviving spouses, and children of a permanently and totally disabled veteran.

Certification from the Department of Veterans Affairs must be submitted with this application.
