Our Programs

Pender County Housing Authority (PCHA) administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program for Pender County. We also provide project-based rental assistance at our properties, Seven Oaks Apartments. We have waiting lists for both the HCV Program and for the Project-based program. Eligible families will be those who earn less than 50% of Area Median Income for their family size. We encourage families who are interested in receiving rental assistance to read our application requirements so that they can be sure to complete an application for assistance in a way that will allow us to accept the application.

- Project Based Property 

Seven Oaks Apartments are a Family Subsidized Rental-Assisted Property. The Waiting Lists for this property are closed at this time. Families must be eligible for units based both on household income and household size. We have minimum occupancy standards that require at least one eligible household member per bedroom. 

• Seven Oaks Apartments is a 40-unit complex located in Burgaw. The complex features both two and three-bedroom units. The complex is located at 205 Progress Drive in Burgaw.
