Partnership Advisory Group urges hospital deal

Members of the Partnership Advisory Group (PAG) has spent months reviewing proposals from medical systems. They have released a letter to the community urging an outside buyer for New Hanover Regional Medical Center, a move that will allow medical services to expand beyond New Hanover County.
