Pender County offices to close Friday due to Hurricane Dorian

BURGAW – Pender County government offices will close Friday, Sept. 6, due Hurricane Dorian.

All designated essential personnel required for emergency response are to report as scheduled.  Essential personnel should be sure to have their county issued ID badges so that they may travel during the enacted curfew.  The county-wide curfew hours are 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Pender County employees should watch media and emails for additional information.
