Request for Proposals for Rehabilitation Services
The Pender County Housing Department is requesting proposals from licensed & insured Construction/Rehabilitation Contractors to partially rehabilitate one or more apartments at the Country Court Apartment Complex located on 10260 Hwy 421, Currie N.C. 28425.
Pender County is seeking a qualified professional to perform related work as may be needed to rehabilitate kitchen and bathroom areas, including:
- Design/construction services to relocate certain appliances,
- New floor coverings throughout unit,
- Replace kitchen cabinetry, countertops and fixtures,
- Replace bathroom cabinetry & fixtures, &
- Other work as identified by PCHD staff.
We are seeking turnkey completion for each impacted unit. Interested contractors must schedule an appointment to view a unit and should call 910.259.1208 to schedule a time.
Time is of the essence. Proposals will be accepted through Wednesday, May 30th at 4:00 pm by e-mail, in person or by fax. Proposals must itemize the work to be performed, provide cost estimates for labor and materials and give a time frame for completion. Please include license numbers and proof of insurance.
